website (mathunion.org), which hosts it freely "by kind permission of Springer Verlag" —
a Springer link (link.springer.com) resolved to an HTML page, not a fetchable PDF, and a
third-party mirror at a Bielefeld University math-department address failed DNS
resolution, so the IMU's own copy is both the most authoritative and the only one that
