This is a distinct AATIP/AAWSA-era product from [[claim-aatip-dia-funded-22m-antigravity-warp-drive-reports-2008-2012|Hal Puthoff's "Advanced Space Propulsion Based on Vacuum (Spacetime Metric) Engineering"]] (item 5 on the same list), which discusses gravity/antigravity effects as one subsection of a broader propulsion-physics paper but does not carry "antigravity" in its own title.
