[[entity-ning-li|Ning Li]] and [[entity-douglas-torr|Douglas Torr]]'s "Gravitational effects on the
magnetic attenuation of superconductors" (*Physical Review B* 46(9): 5489–5495, received 12 March
1992, published 1 September 1992) was read in full from a scanned reprint. Its actual subject is
relating a superconductor's two "historical independent traditional hallmarks" — perfect
conductivity and perfect diamagnetism — through a theoretical model, concluding only that "[o]ur
result suggests a possible importance of gravitational effects in understanding superconductivity."
The words "antigravity," "usable," "propulsion," and "application" do not appear anywhere in the
paper. It does contain a generative mechanism internally — lattice ions acquiring angular momentum
from the superconducting condensate's magnetic field, driving "an induced precession" until "a
time-dependent gravitomagnetic field[] is generated within the superconductor" — but that field is
internal and self-consistent, invoked to explain the superconductor's own anomalously poor Meissner
effect, not framed as an externally usable force.

This directly narrows [[claim-ning-li-1991-gravitomagnetic-superconductor-antigravity-proposal|the
vault's existing finding]] that the pair's 1991 *Physical Review D* paper is also a passive
calculation, not the "generator" claim a Tier-4 secondary summary once attributed to their work
overall. Two papers into the series, the active "rotating ions generate a usable field" claim still
has not been located in either journal paper — see
