[[claim-papert-constructionism-inverts-instructionism]] cited
`papert.org/articles/const_inst/const_inst1.html` as the Tier-1 carrier of
"In my vision, the child programs the computer." A direct read of that page,
and of its companion `const_inst2.html` ("LEGO/LEGO Projects"), found the
exact phrase absent from both — a `quote_check` against each returned
`grounded: false`. The papert.org pages are a transcript of a video address
[[entity-seymour-papert|Seymour Papert]] gave "in the 1980s" to a conference
of Japanese educators, discussing a fourth-grade child's calendar project and
a Costa Rican child's LOGO drawing. They use the related but distinct phrase
"the child programmed the computer," past tense, in that narrow anecdotal
sense — not the forward-looking "In my vision" formulation.

The sentence itself is real and accurately worded; the error was in *which*
Papert document carries it. Its documented home is *Mindstorms: Children,
Computers, and Powerful Ideas* (1980), Introduction, "Computers for
Children" — see

verbatim confirmation. `claim-papert-constructionism-inverts-instructionism`'s
`source_url` has been corrected accordingly, with a dated Correction-history
block recording the change.
