University of York research project, early 1990s, in which Goal Structuring Notation (GSN) originated — per the *GSN Community Standard*'s own account of its history, predating and independent of GSN's later, better-documented Toulmin-influenced refinement. Watching stub: first surfaced 2026-09-03; the underlying founding paper (Wilson, McDermid, Fenelon & Kirkham, "No More Spineless Safety Cases," INEC'95) has not yet been read directly by this vault. Graduate to a full hub if that paper is read, or if ASAM-II recurs in a future capture.
