Physicist at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, who in 1999
published the only formal, peer-reviewed rebuttal located in this vault
of the Torr–Li superconductor gravitomagnetic-field mechanism, showing
the calculated fields "too large by many orders of magnitude" due to
unrealistic assumptions. Matters to this vault as the rare case in the
antigravity-non-replication cluster where someone actually wrote the
refutation down, rather than the claim simply drifting out of the
literature unaddressed.
