The EU-level health-data regulation that Germany's [[entity-gdng|GDNG]] law is designed to anticipate and align with once it takes effect. First met in this vault via Flake, Henke, Kuntz, Löbe, Pandit & Draeger's GDNG-extension paper (arXiv:2610.37527, 2026), which notes a parallel EHDS extension to the [[entity-data-privacy-vocabulary|Data Privacy Vocabulary]] shipped as a draft alongside the GDNG one in DPV 2.3. Not yet independently read as a primary; stub only, pending recurrence.
