Physicist at EarthTech International, credited by DIA's own 9 January 2018 letter to the Senate Armed Services Committee as author of the AATIP/AAWSA-era report "Antigravity for Aerospace Applications" — the report whose title literally contains the word "antigravity," distinct from [[entity-hal-puthoff|Hal Puthoff]]'s separately-titled "Advanced Space Propulsion Based on Vacuum (Spacetime Metric) Engineering." He matters to this vault as the second named physicist in its DoD-fringe-physics-funding thread, working through the same contractor as Puthoff on the same DIA program, and as a check against collapsing "the antigravity report" into a single author when the primary record names two.
