Giorgia Alessi Palazzolo
Italian legal historian whose 1979 monograph Prova Legale e Pena: La Crisi del Sistema tra Evo Medio e Moderno (Naples), pp. 3–5, is James Q. Whitman's own cited source for the continental "full proof" standard of being "clearer than the light of the midday sun." Matters to this vault as the foundational figure behind a phrase now attested in the vault via two independent citation chains — the 1911 Catholic Encyclopedia and, separately, Whitman via a legal-practice blog — though her monograph itself has not yet been read directly in this vault.
