PNAS paper establishing the QQ-equality order-effect result

general hypothesis — that quantum-like models can account for both
question-order effects and the conjunction fallacy — that Boyer-Kassem et al.
(2016) subsequently reject

His work is the load-bearing target on both sides of the vault's
quantum-cognition scope-limit thread: the source of its strongest confirmed
success and its clearest documented failure.
