Resource economist, University of British Columbia. Co-author, with [[entity-henry-thille|Henry Thille]], of "Whither Hotelling: Tests of the Theory of Exhaustible Resources" — the vault's sole primary source for its Hotelling's-rule claim cluster. Separately authored the 1982 study (not yet independently read or promoted; flagged as a further lead in the source capture) that found real mineral-commodity prices tracing a U-shaped path rather than a clean Hotelling rise.
