Stanford law professor. His "The Myth of the Sole Inventor" (Michigan Law
Review 110, 2012) is the vault's strongest external, Tier-1, peer-reviewed-
venue anchor for the multiple-discovery / myth-correction cluster — a
documented case, from patent-law scholarship rather than AI or engineering
history, that the canonical lone-genius invention story (Edison, Bell, the
Wright brothers) is largely false, with near-simultaneous independent
invention as the norm.
