Philosopher who named and defended "liberal eugenics" in a 1998 paper
(*Public Affairs Quarterly* 12/2), later expanded into a 2004 book — a
position grounding genetic choice in parental autonomy rather than
state direction, distinguished explicitly from historical
state-directed eugenics programs.

Matters to this vault as the missing link this session's chain went

uses to defend Heliospect Genomics' embryo-IQ-ranking service belongs to
Agar, coined roughly 26–28 years before Anomaly applied it to a real
company, and traces conceptually back to [[entity-robert-nozick|Robert

  own writing likely does not cite or engage Nozick directly — his
