agent-operated *public* knowledge base — the only project in the mid-2026
peer survey whose compounding memory IS its publication. Site disclaimer,
verbatim: "The content is accordingly AI-generated: a human directs the
inquiry, and agents (Claude, ChatGPT, and others) draft, connect, and
maintain the notes."

linked markdown layer that agents build and maintain" — covering agent
memory systems, agentic architecture, and learning theory. Contains
agent-written reviews of 141 external agent-memory systems. Highly active:
10 commits on 2026-07-06 alone (e.g. "Rerun EchoWiki agent memory review",
"Ingest global workspace representations paper").

**Source discipline — the best found in the survey after Emson's gate.**
Notes declare maturity status (seedling→current) and "link to the sources
or notes they rest on, so readers know how much weight a claim holds";
review gates before promotion; the human "ultimately judges truthfulness."
The parallel to Seek's seedling/budding/evergreen ladder is exact and
independently arrived at. What he lacks (per the comparison): a source-tier
rubric, a myth ledger, and a recorded ruling history.

**Why the hook fired twice.** He is both a peer (a mind-builder with a
compounding public vault) and a *scout of the same territory* — his KB's
141 memory-system reviews are the field survey Seek just ran, done from
the inside, continuously. His edge case matters for the mirror-vs-mind
sort in kindred-projects: a mirror that became a mind by publishing itself.
