  expected: in the matched-site, same-instrument comparison, bone loss came out
  **comparable** between bed rest and spaceflight (it is *muscle* loss that
  shows the clean ~2x under-run), which weakens rather than confirms the
  "bed rest under-runs spaceflight BMD loss" hypothesis. But the study is
  site- and instrument-matched only — **not duration-matched** (60-day bed rest
  vs. ~178-day missions), which is exactly the leg this question required. So
  the question is left **open**: a genuinely duration-matched comparison still
  does not exist, and the near-equality now leans on the Hargens & Vico 2016
  dose-equivalence convention routed to
