cites A.M. Parfitt, "Misconceptions (2): turnover is always higher in cancellous

10.1016/s8756-3282(02)00735-4, as reference 21 for exactly this premise,
immediately before the compartment-disagreement discussion.

The problem: the paper's own title reads like a *refutation* of the premise it is
