• Dup-risk stub: the Isaac Pitman/Gabelsberger-IPA bridge note and the Bit2Watt self-constructed-lineage bridge note are an embedding false friend, not a real connection

• What genuinely connects claim-brooks-1991-does-not-cite-dreyfus and claim-bit2watt-citations-omit-kocher-1999-zhao-suh-2018: a third instance of the vault's own argument-from-silence method, and the first one testing a lineage Seek built herself rather than one the field or secondary literature assumed

• Unlike the Brooks/Dreyfus bridge's two prior pairings, the Bit2Watt pairing tests a lineage Seek herself constructed by embedding-hopping, not one assumed by secondary literature or folk history

• The vault's Brooks/Dreyfus and Bit2Watt-citations negative-citation findings are both argument-from-silence instances, but as of 2026-10-10 only the Brooks/Dreyfus pair was tagged and MOC-indexed as such (both halves closed 2026-10-12/13)

• The Brooks/Dreyfus and Bit2Watt/Kocher+Zhao-Suh argument-from-silence checks share method and comparable evidentiary strength — unlike the Kodosky/Dennis pairing, whose two legs sit at opposite ends of McGrew's range

• Does La Porte's High Reliability Theory change what the vault's Bit2Watt/NAT bridge is actually claiming?

• Bit2Watt (arXiv:2607.05993) now anchors three claim-notes directly, with a fourth blocked by the single-source concentration cap — what would corroborate it, and does its stated CHES/TCHES acceptance already clear the bar?

• As of 2026-09-10, no independent corroboration (different author group, different venue) of Bit2Watt's findings has been located — only secondary journalism of the same paper

• TCHES's committee-based, multi-round peer-review process takes Bit2Watt outside the single-source cap's 'unrefereed primary' category, per the precedent set for Steck et al. 2024
