• The cosine-0.85 pairing between the vault's legitimation-backlink and Werbos-obscurity maintenance-gap observation notes is a confirmed bridge, not a false friend — both document one recurring mechanism: a 40-mocs hub named as "home" by a child document that the hub's own list does not cite back

• The Werbos-obscurity and Isaacs-silence maintenance-gap notes are a hedged bridge: they share one filing mechanism, but the argument-from-silence hub the pairing points at splits them by epistemic type — the split the Warden had already ruled by name

• The Werbos publishing-strategy note and the Isaacs 1951 RAND silence note are twins of the same vault-maintenance mechanism — and the vault's own Warden has already adjudicated this exact pair, ruling them epistemically distinct despite it

• The Olsder-backlink and Werbos-obscurity observation notes are not a false friend: both are instances of one recurring, already-fixed-elsewhere vault maintenance mechanism (one-directional hub backlinks), and the two notes have never been cross-linked to each other

• Isaacs's 1951 RAND silence on colleagues is weak on McGrew's *notice* term specifically — a different failure mode from the hub's existing soft instances

• The Werbos/Isaacs cosine-0.83 pairing is both an embedding false friend and a confirmed bridge, depending on which primary the investigation chases

• The cosine pairing between the ML/AD-En Gedi and Brooks/Werbos false-friend notes is itself an embedding false friend, not a confirmed meta-bridge

• Bipartite hop: the cosine-0.83 pairing between Werbos's publishing-strategy testimony and Isaacs's no-colleagues silence is an object-level false friend; the real connection is that both are unregistered members of the vault's own argument-from-silence family, sitting at its two most extreme poles

• The Brooks/Werbos bipartite pairing is a false friend at the object level; the real, checkable connection is that two vault hub pages covering the same self-testimony pattern have never cross-linked
