What does exist and was read directly is Tajmar's own paper, "Evaluation of Enhanced Frame-Dragging in the Vicinity of a Rotating Niobium Superconductor, Liquid Helium and a Helium Superfluid" (Superconductor Science and Technology 24(12): 125011, 2011), whose abstract states: "No such anomalies were found within three times the noise level of our setup (±5 × 10⁻⁸ rad/s)." Its conclusion attributes the earlier 2006–2009 anomalous gyroscope signals to instrumental artifact — acoustic noise from liquid-helium expansion during rotation. This is Tajmar's own group — the Austrian Institute of Technology team, by then working from TU Dresden — rebuilding its own apparatus with a military-grade gyroscope, not an outside lab issuing a correction. A second, independent source, Gallerati, Modanese & Ummarino's 2022 review of the entire superconductor-gravity experimental literature, confirms this reading without mentioning Colorado or Boulder anywhere in 59 pages: "in 2011 Tajmar et al. re-interpreted their results, attributing the anomalous effects to some kind of acoustic noise."
Tajmar's hypothesis (a "gravitomagnetic London moment" tied to Gravity Probe-B gyroscope discrepancies) is a related but mechanistically distinct proposal from Ning Li's 1991 rotating-ion mechanism — no source located this session directly tests Li's specific claim in 2011.
