• Did Jay Stratton found/create AAWSAP, or only consult on it after others founded it? — a 2026 KLAS account and a 2009 primary packet both still withhold founder credit

• A November 2009 USD(I) memorandum and talking-points packet for the Deputy Secretary of Defense redacts every official in an AAWSAP program role by name

• A 2026 KLAS/Mystery Wire report credits James Lacatski alone with proposing, designing, and managing AAWSAP, naming Jay Stratton only as a co-pitcher of the preliminary 2007 idea — [unverified-historical]

• Jay Stratton's 'co-founder/director' titles trace to a film producer's aside, not Puthoff's own testimony, and no primary U.S. government document names him at all

• Jay Stratton's 'co-founder/director' titles were spoken by producer Dan Farah; Hal Puthoff's only words in the exchange ('Yes, right.') preceded them, affirming Stratton's identification, not the titles

• Hal Puthoff, in his own words: a pre-existing intelligence pedigree and a decades-old self-built physics research program explain the 38-year recurrence, not random assignment

• A rounding error nobody was tracking — how a suspicion that the Pentagon secretly funds fringe physics, chased to primary documents, dissolves into a mundane funding class and an accounting gap rather than a hidden pipeline
