Ning Li's private successor company, registered in Alabama in January 2001 with Li herself as registered agent, reportedly received a U.S. Department of Defense grant of $448,970 that same year to continue her gravitomagnetic-antigravity research. It matters to the vault as the concrete institutional residue of an unreplicated physics claim: a Tier-1-confirmed, still-active LLC with a real (if not yet primary-read) federal award number, whose research outcome was never publicly reported and whose one known FOIA challenge closed without releasing records — the exact shape of "funded and silent" that a 2026 conspiracy narrative later drew on.
