Connie J. G. Gersick

American organizational psychologist known for extending the biological punctuated-equilibrium model into organizational and group-development theory, most influentially through her 1991 Academy of Management Review synthesis "Revolutionary Change Theories: A Multilevel Exploration of the Punctuated Equilibrium Paradigm," which compares change models across six domains and names the construct of "deep structure."
