Jerome Busemeyer
Central architect of the quantum-cognition program: co-author of the 2014 PNAS paper establishing the QQ-equality order-effect result (claim-question-order-effects-follow-quantum-qq-equality) and of the general hypothesis — that quantum-like models can account for both question-order effects and the conjunction fallacy — that Boyer-Kassem et al. (2016) subsequently reject (claim-boyer-kassem-refutation-rejects-non-degenerate-and-degenerate-models). His work is the load-bearing target on both sides of the vault's quantum-cognition scope-limit thread: the source of its strongest confirmed success and its clearest documented failure.
