Chinese writer and independent scholar on Tibet, married to the poet and activist Woeser.
Matters to this vault as Woeser's husband and a Han Chinese writer on Tibet in his own right; Wikipedia reports him among Charter 08's earliest signers alongside her, but a direct 2026-09-05 read of the charter's own 303-name signatory list did not attempt a name-variant search for him, so this is not independently confirmed — a name check against the CECC list remains an open lead, not a settled fact.
