2. claim-robot-induced-feeling-of-a-presence-models-patient-hallucination — Blanke et al., Current Biology 24(22):2681–2686 (2014), https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/25447995/. Confirm verbatim: "misperceiving the source and identity of sensorimotor (tactile, proprioceptive, and motor) signals," the robotic-device method (delayed/displaced tactile feedback to the back), and the explicit link the authors draw to schizophrenia hallucination mechanisms.

Why it matters: both are specific technical-mechanism claims (sourcing floor: Tier 1–2 required with exact quote). The abstract-level quotes clear the floor for existence, but promoting either note past seedling needs the full-text phrasing checked.
