Querying the Semantic Scholar Graph API's /citations endpoint directly for David & Brachet's paperId, rather than searching keywords, returned every paper the database indexes as citing it: 60 total, retrieved in one page. Scanning the full list — schedule-volatility studies, surgeon and paramedic skill-decay papers, shipbuilding and aircraft learning-curve papers, and two literature reviews titled "Organizational forgetting Part I/II" — none is a machine-learning, connectionist, or neural-network paper.
This is the reverse direction of claim-david-brachet-2011-reference-list-contains-zero-ml-citations: that note reads what the paper cites, this one reads who cites the paper. Together they confirm zero citation contact bidirectionally, by complete enumeration rather than inference, for this one founding pair of the check claim-catastrophic-and-organizational-forgetting-share-no-citation-lineage rests on.
