Dennis Epple
Economist at Carnegie Mellon University, and the third co-author of Argote, Beckman & Epple's 1990 Management Science paper, "The Persistence and Transfer of Learning in Industrial Settings" — the founding study this vault's entire organizational-forgetting cluster measures itself against. He also co-authored a same-year, two-author companion piece with Argote alone, "Learning Curves in Manufacturing" (Science 247:920–924, 1990), confirmed via Argote's own CV but not yet read at primary by this vault.
Like Beckman, under-named relative to Argote in the vault's existing notes, which had shorthanded the paper's authorship to "Argote et al."
