Douglas G. Torr
Physicist, senior co-author with Ning Li on the University of Alabama in Huntsville "Li–Torr" gravitomagnetic-superconductor paper series (1991 Physical Review D, 1992 Physical Review B, 1993 Foundations of Physics Letters) proposing that superconductors could interact detectably with gravity.
