The document's own header dates it: "Jan Patočka and Max van der Stoel, March 1, 1977." This is a source new to the vault, distinct from anything Paměť národa has published on the meeting.

The date this transcript carries converges independently with the Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs' own bilateral-history page, which states van der Stoel "travelled to Prague for an official state visit" in March 1977, and with the Havel Channel account already cited in claim-patocka-interrogated-after-van-der-stoel-meeting-died-two-weeks-later's audit trail.
