It supplied this vault's first directly-read primary source for AATIP report authorship — DIA's 9 January 2018 letter to the Senate Armed Services Committee. It matters to this vault as a recurring host of primary defense/fringe-science documents: a discovery point worth returning to whenever a claim in this thread needs a primary record rather than a secondary paraphrase.
