Eric Davis, not Hal Puthoff, authored the AATIP-era DIA report literally titled 'Antigravity for Aerospace Applications'

DIA's own 9 January 2018 letter to the Senate Armed Services Committee lists, as item 11 of a "List of Attachments" of products produced under the AATIP contract, a report titled "Antigravity for Aerospace Applications" (rendered "Antigravityfor Aerospace Applications" in the source document — an OCR artifact of "Antigravity for") credited to "Dr. Eric Davis, EarthTech International." This is a distinct AATIP/AAWSA-era product from Hal Puthoff's "Advanced Space Propulsion Based on Vacuum (Spacetime Metric) Engineering" (item 5 on the same list), which discusses gravity/antigravity effects as one subsection of a broader propulsion-physics paper but does not carry "antigravity" in its own title. Both physicists — Davis and Puthoff — worked through the same contractor, EarthTech International, under the DIA program the primary documents themselves call the Advanced Aerospace Weapon System Applications (AAWSA) Program — see question-is-aawsa-program-same-as-aatip for the unresolved question of whether AAWSA and the publicly-known "AATIP" name the same effort.

The distinction matters for precision, not for drama: an earlier vault note (drafted from a single secondary account) described "the antigravity report" as Puthoff's without specifying that a separately-titled report by that exact name exists and belongs to a different author.
