If accurate, this places Song Jian's earliest documented cybernetics exposure at 1962 — thirteen years before the vault's earliest-dated European contact (Geert Jan Olsder's 1975 Twente-delegation memory, claim-olsder-account-traces-song-jian-twente-contact-to-1975-delegation-visit) and sixteen before the 1978 Helsinki IFAC congress that both Liang Zhongtang's essay and Dylan King's 2022 account treat as formative (claim-liang-2009-essay-corroborates-song-jian-1978-foreign-cybernetics-exposure, claim-dylan-king-2022-essay-places-song-jian-at-1978-helsinki-ifac-congress).
