David M. Marchick

Co-author, with Edward M. Graham, of US National Security and Foreign Direct Investment (Peterson Institute for International Economics, 2006) — the vault's second independent, named-author source confirming Fujitsu's 1987 bid for Fairchild Semiconductor, not the Toshiba-Kongsberg scandal, as the Exon-Florio Amendment's trigger.
